two souls, one heart

It’s funny how I find greatness on mundane things in life. One of it was witnessing two people exchanging vows to God- yep, a wedding.

Many people sees wedding in different views, usually to witness their friend getting married, some were just forced because it’s their relative. Others just come for the food. But in my view, I see wedding as an accomplished mission.

I remember what Plato said in his book The Symposium. “According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with four arms, four legs and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate parts, condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves.”

You see, there’s a billion people in the world. And for me finding “The One” is an example of magic. Maybe there’s a reason why there are these hopless romantic 50 year olds whose still unmarried. It’s because they haven’t find their “The One”.

So if you’re now married, just got married, Be Thankful; because you found the one. Your what they call “Better half”. So fill that flute wine glass up! And cheers!
